DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Designing, developing and configuring new features and functions in the Custom Care and Billing System (CC&B)
-Develop regression test environments and interface with users to thoroughly test enhancements and /or fixes and define system requirements for deployment
-Conduct walk-throughs for proposed solutions and get approval from Business to proceed
-Ensure Production systems, including interfaces are stable operational and functioning efficiently and perform troubleshooting efficiently and accurately for problems
-Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and design CC&B solutions
-Create test plans and scripts with test cases to support QA and end-user acceptance for application changes
-Develop procedures & policies & ensure IT support documentation is kept up to date with concise and relevant information
-Support and interact with users and staff on various work-related issues
-Reviews impact of proposed system & functional modifications to existing processes
-Assist and guide other IT & Business staff in the maintenance and support of existing implementation for efficient customer service
-An associate degree in computer science or a closely related field from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
-Five (5) years of experience analyzing, installing, configuring, enhancing, and/or maintaining the components of an enterprise network.
-Two (2) years of verifiable and recent JAVA experience
-Two (2) years of verifiable and recent Oracle Database and Application Development and Maintenance experience.
Experience with Oracle Customer Care & Billing or other large enterprise application Experience using Linux and Unix Experience in version control cloud computing, software package updates, workflow and analysis, and diagrams /web development. Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills. Effective and efficient oral and written communication skills Note: All experience should been hands-on and gained within the past ten (10) years.

Salary: $124,228 to $168,298/year
