The role:

The Account Manager, National Health Plans will partner closely with the Health Plan Sales team to manage relationships with key national Health Plan leadership teams.   Building from a solid foundation of successful programs incorporating Fitbit technology into wellness and condition care programs with Anthem, Humana, UHG and other plans, this role will be key in successfully integrating solutions with Fitbit that demonstrate a meaningful impact on plan members.

What You’ll Work On:

This role will be responsible for ownership of the full account lifecycle; from initial account plans, to implementation and success metrics for innovative programs incorporating Fitbit Health Solutions into wellness solutions, plan design & condition care management programs.   You will have oversight of day to day program success, working closely with the product marketing, product and sales teams to deliver a customer-driven experience for both our Health Plan partners and the individual member.

You will partner to jointly lead strategic sessions with Sales leadership including implementation plans, working sessions, and quarterly executive business reviews.

Who you are:

You are an experienced account manager (5+ years) who has worked directly with health plans navigating complex relationships & programs. You thrive on building strategic relationships with demonstrated KPI’s and success metrics by showing prioritization, independent leadership, and a can-do attitude.   You have excellent interpersonal skills (listening, written, oral and presentation) and are comfortable presenting to executive leadership as well as serving as the internal voice of the customer.  You demonstrate the ability to build, own and present an account implementation & growth plan.
