The Role

We need someone to help find and recruit awesome websites for the BuySellAds network.

Solid networking skills and a basic knowledge of online advertising or website ownership are a huge help.

The ideal candidate is social and can convey their personality through email.

You will have a strong knowledge and interest in what’s new and emerging in the realm of web development and web design.

Be able to distinguish between great publishers and those who are not.

BuySellAds’ advertising technology platform provides advertisers with direct access to the industry’s top performing display, native, dedicated email, and sponsored content inventory. Our platform empowers both advertisers and publishers by bridging the ad tech divide.

Our business lies at the intersection of relationship building and technology. We help quality advertisers and quality publishers make advertising work on the web, and we have lots of fun in the process.

Today, we work with more than 12,000 advertisers and help them connect with the internet’s most passionate audiences. We are a remote company that primarily works around an EST schedule.

Your Responsibilities

Scout, onboard build and manage relationships with new publishers.

Work with existing publishing partners to help them make more $$$.

Communicate internal stakeholders/clients’ needs and expectations.

Prospect new publishers based on BuySellAds product fit through strategic outbound efforts. (No spammy templated spray and pray emails here.)

Collaborate with ad operations to develop reporting and monitor metrics including impressions, click-through-rate, cost-per-click, cost-per-action, conversion rates, etc.

Articulate, charismatic, and all of the associated personality traits of a likable human being. If you possess these traits we’ll get along fine.

Organized, detailed-oriented, and proactive.

Experience working for a publisher, or running a publication (blog / content driven site).

Successful track record of developing strategic relationships.

Ability to work independently, consistently producing meaningful results.

Comfortable working remotely.

Excellent planning and organizational skills.
