Director of Inbound Marketing
Barilliance is seeking a highly creative B2B director of Inbound Marketing who is passionate about generating demand through the creation of high quality industry specific content that people would love to spread. We are a fast moving and profitable company operating in the exploding eCommerce space where every team member has a huge stake in the company’s growth. If you are driven and motivated by making an impact through inbound marketing and love the idea of creating programs from zero, then this may be the perfect environment for you.
What you'll do:
- Produce valuable and unique content and be able to effectively reuse across marketing channels
- Manage our lead nurturing email marketing program
- Manage our SEM and test ROI of various marketing programs
- Build relationships with leading ecommerce reports and bloggers and publish guest posts in these blogs.
- Establish and report on campaign metrics, closed loop reporting and ROI, analyzing impact of programs on sales funnel stages.
- Work to increase website traffic and conversions while ensuring that our blog is SEO and SEM optimized.
- Develop case studies, collateral, videos
Desired Skills and Experience
- 3 years experience in inbound marketing with specific experience growing the number of qualified inbound leads for a b2b company
- You are passionate, creative, analytical self starter and self managed
- You are a native English speaker with remarkable writing skills
- You know the ins and outs of LinkedIn/Twitter
- Experience in SEM and landing page optimization
- Familiarity with e-commerce, online marketing for e-commerce or analytics , a big plus.
