As a Customer Solutions Engineer you will be responsible for analyzing and solving complex technical problems related to our SaaS / Cloud Application Performance Management software, and its interactions with diverse customer technology ecosystems. In addition to Java EE and .NET platforms, you will work with the latest technologies used by our customers, such as Big Data solutions (Cassandra or Mongo DB), Node.js, PHP, Docker, cloud environments (AWS, Microsoft Azure, OpenShift) and elastic microservices. You will work closely with R&D and the product management teams, having a direct influence on product development.
Formal education in the Computer Science or IT environments (college degree(s) or equivalent experience) Prior experience in software development, customer support, or post-sales consulting Comfortable with customer contact via e-mail, Webex, telephone or video conferencing systems Experience with web and enterprise software applications is a plus Inquisitive nature with a natural customer and service-oriented personality Personal responsibility with the confidence to take educated risks Interest in related career paths such as Services, Development, or Product Management
