We are searching for stellar, experienced, and customer-oriented individuals to provide phone support to our users in the Upwork platform. This is a remote/work-from-home position.
You would be responsible for creating customer delight through thoughtful, compassionate, and efficient communication. Specifically, the responsibilities of this role include:
– Deliver high quality interactions with users over the phone and through email
– Work cross-functionally to resolve user
– Address escalated user issues
– Meet minimum performance standards which measure the success of the support offered
Qualified candidates will possess:
– 5+ years of experience in customer support
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Demonstrated skill in addressing sensitive customer issues
– Ability to pass a background check
The ideal candidate will also possess:
– Two or more years’ experience using either the oDesk (now Upwork) or Elance platform strongly preferred/recommended.
– Working knowledge of Zendesk and IfByPhone
